How to Shop Online With River Lights

Shop 24/7 with us online. You can pick up your books at the store or have them mailed to one or more addresses. Your eBook selections will be downloaded to your computer or wireless device.

Getting Started

Find the books you want throughout the site or search for them using the search tool on every page. For books, type a title, author, or ISBN in the search box. At any time, click the shopping-cart image above the Search tool to show what you've selected so far.

Inventory and Availability

The books available on our website may not reflect our actual in-store inventory. Give us a couple months and we’ll get everything in sync.

Discounts

Mention your discount in the comments section of the order form. Your original invoice will not reflect any discounts, but they will be applied before your card is charged. Unfortunately, we aren't able to deduct the amount on the website. See our Resources page for descriptions of discounts for schools, non-profits and businesses making bulk purchases.

Shipping Charges

Will be calculated upon completion of your order. You will be given a choice of Store Pick-up, UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight. International Shipping is not currently available.

Taxes

Sales tax will be charged for all books picked up or shipped to Iowa addresses except for orders made by schools and non-profit organizations that provide their tax-exempt ID number during checkout.

Website Refund Policy

Books and merchandise in good condition and with a web order receipt may be returned within 14 days to our store. Returns may also be handled by emailing website customer service rlb2e@mchsi.com.

Gift Wrapping

Pick from several papers year round and some seasonal papers as well. If you would like gift wrapping please specify which paper type you'd like in the comment section of your cart before placing your order. See our wrapping paper selections.

Mailing List Privacy Policy

Our email list is for our use only. We do not sell or lend our lists to anyone for any reason. You may stop mailings by clicking unsubscribe at any time and you will not be contacted or added back.
